Fažana
by Edvard Kurnik on Oct.01, 2009, under Croatia Info
Very close to the Fameya villas is located village Fažana. In the vicinity of classical Pula, with the enchanting islands of Brijuni National Park on its palm, Fažana is one of the pearls on the western coast of the largest Croatian peninsula -Istria. Holidays in Croatia, especially in summer evoke an open map of fishing towns where the sun greets fishermen, calm sea mirrors the bell tower, seagull’s cry is heard: all this is Fažana!

Hi John,
I’m suggesting you to visit website of Croatian ministry of foreign affairs. If you do not find what you’re looking for I’m suggesting you to contact them directly by email or by phone. Their website is: http://www.mfa.hr/MVP.asp?pcpid=1612
Here’s some more info how to buy properties in Croatia:
For EU citizens:
From February 2009 foreign investors and buyers from EU in Croatia can take advantage of the new real estate law that will grant them the same rights as locals.
Up until then foreigners can only buy Croatian real estate on the basis of reciprocity. This depends on whether the home country of the investor has an open real estate market, or as a legal entity (a firm).
For USA citizens:
Permission will be granted to a USA or any other none EU foreign citizens if there is a Reciprocity Agreement between Croatia and the State where you are a registered citizen. This means that if a Croatian Citizen has the right to acquire property in your home country then you have the right to acquire property in Croatia. Full details on law governing Property Acquisition and other useful info can be found at:

I personally feel that the best city in New Zealand is Nelson, not only that, it is the sunniest. Plus, for business, commerce and living standards it is in the top 3.
