As it was once important to have the house 3 meters from the shore, and then it was realized that these houses would have to endure the harsh conditions caused by the southern winds and other climate conditions.

Beside the villas Fameya 13 similar villas were built-up and mostly sold to the UK citizens. In this video I’m talking about the differentiation between “Old” and “New” Fameya villas which are under construction.
